Hi 20 yr old grl 5’5 136.5 pounds? Weight keeps going down scared for health.just on the 8th was 165.1kg really nervous and scared, no pain,hadno periods for 2-3 months then Last night it came on heavy blood clots and lots of painful cramps On the 8th at ER did urine blood test they came back normal pain in back and left leg suspect endometriosis

Need usg abdomen and some hormonal test to rule out dysmenorrhea cause
