Get your ovarian reserve checked by doing a blood test (Serum AMH) and your husbands semen analysis. Was it confirmed on the laparoscopy that tubes are patent?
If the above reports are normal, you can try naturally for a couple of months.
If AMH is low or husband count/motility are low or if one or both tubes are blocked, please meet a fertility specialist.
