Endometric polyp

I have been detected with an endometric polyp size 1.1 cm. I have been suffering from server period pain since last 2 years. Also doc says I would not be able to conceive due to this polyp.We don't have any child yet. Doctor suggest surgical removal of polyp. I would like to know if endometric polyp can be treated or dissolved with homeopathy or ayurveda.
