Hello. Im facing problem with pimples all over my face since 6 months. I tried my best including facewashes creams home remedies and I even consulted a dermatologist.  But it didn't end completely some times the magically disappear and again reappear within hours.  My skin is oily

Acne needs to be managed till the age of 25 plus. Episodic treatment is required depending on the severity of acne. Proper anti acne treatment by topical and oral medications from 4- 12 weeks might be needed to control the episode.
