Hi I'm 19yrs old and from last 1 year I have a fear of vomiting. I start panicking whenever I have nausea and can't puke even when I try . I just can't puke . Somedays I can't eat anything because of nausea I'm also diabetic type 1 but my sugar levels are in normal range.

Do avoid nausea and vomitng u can take tab.emeset 4mg or tab.doxycycline 1-0-1 or as and when required Also consult mentAl health expert to help u overcome ur phobia
