I am 17 years old i got electric shock when I was small I got electric shock to thumb the thumb is swollen and the skin is not growing back does it harm the brain

Hello... Vellore I need you to clearly understand that you have hurt your thumb because of which it has become swollen and is like that for quite some time now but then it has got no relationship with the brain nor does it damage it ...thank you
