Hello my father got a brain hemmorghe 5 years ago.. it was treated with Burr Hole surgery, but even after 5 years he still suffers from epilepsy issues , even after taking medicine ,epilepsy last under 1 minute , it's minor but still concerning. As he loses control of his one side and doesn't remember anything like that happening.What will be the possible reason? And how is it curable?

Must be an old insult to brain due to previous hemorrhage. get an MRI brain done to see if the cause of the epilepsy can be found and if possible curable

First of all he might need antiepileptic medication for life Secondly if seizure are ocurring even after regular intake of medications then it needs to be increased or some other drug might need to be added In
