I have eye power of -3.5 sph, -1 cyl 90° right eye & -3 sph , -1.5 cyl 90° left eye. In a service the eligibility is power shouldn't exceed -4D including cylinder. Am I eligible ???

Technically if we add both powers it is more than -4.0 D ...so it doesn't fit...as it says including cylinder ... If LASIK is not contraindicated by them ..u can look at that option n get rid of glasses altogether
