Elevated pulse rate.
I have been going thru anxiety ... Which makes breathing difficult for me and choking my throat... I have visited a senior general physician and gone thru tests ECG , 2 D echo which are normal.
She said I have anxiety and so gave me Tryptomer 10 mg.
As I gone thru the side effects of it ...it says constipation and increased heart rate amongst many others... ( I'm experiencing these two) .
I'm stuck in the fact that I have anxiety and I know it and for that I have to take trytomer as prescribed for a month. But it increases my pulse rate and sometimes bP. So I feel like not taking it...
In addition im taking subnuero b6 for nerve pain , Becosule for vit B deficiency and D supplement as prescribed.
I'm attaching the readings that I took just right now... As I suddenly started panicking and sweting and I started feeling my heart betat near my throat .
The second reading I took just after the first...and then third one after few mins..
Please do not recommend me a consultation. :)
First try to analyse the cause of anxiety and try to solve / avoid it. Try to relax with your favourite music or sports. Sleep for atleast 6-7 hours daily.
With all these precautions you should be alright.
If no take psychologist consultation.

You are suffering from depression with generalized anxiety disorder.
This is common at this age .
Tryptomer 10 is a tricyclic antidepressant drug
Different doses of this medicine help in treating and preventing different problems such as chronic nerve-related (neuropathic) pain, migraine, tension-type headache etc etc.
But tryptomer itself can cause excess sleepiness and increased pulse rate and it has dangerous side effects. Please dont use those at this age .
You need SSRIs drugs + cognitive behavioral therapy + family support (most importantly) for long duration . You need a blood test also.
