Since 2015 my billurubin high. Like indirect 1.5 and direct .5. So every year I take LFT TEST. AND find all good in report .but  billurubin high as usual.its may be gilbert syndrome once doctor said. But now 1jan 2025 I had done LFT test .SGPT 75 and SGOT 60. I was scared.so I tested fibro scan, USG,ct scan ESR,CRP TEST all become normal. One of gastroenterology doctor advice it's fatty liver. So take medicine evion 400 and uroscol . After 15 day report comes normal. My family history was good.no body have liver disease. On date 15 march test LFT . REPORT NORMAL. BUT I have hyperthyroidism disease. Tsh 10 I am not over weight. Occasionally drink.but from this year completely left drink. Is hyperthyroidism can elevate liver enzymes.and which test confirm NASH KINDLY SUGGEST I AM TOO MUCH SCARED.
