  4. Elevated CRP. Help reduce this range?

Hi, My 3 year old kid was suffering fever from last 5 days. When we did a blood test today , Could see CRP is 308 and WBC is 22k. He is not at all taking any food. If he force him to eat, he started causing for continuous 15mnts.Please advise if augmentin antibiotic can help reduce this range?

WBC is 22k. Most likely looks like a bacterial infection. If not feeding well then admission required.

Need further blood investigation and chest xray and urine routine to ruled out pneumonia and uti and others possible causes.then decide anugumentin or other drugs
