Suffering from high bladder neck dr diagnosed by doing cystoscopy and prescribed alfoo 10 mg but not getting full relief since 1 year urine max flow is 13ml/sec Post void residual is 90 ml are there any complications of this.. Pls give me some suggestion bcoz I'm ver young...
