Hi I'm 20 years suffering from elevated bladder neck diagnosed by cystoscopy Dr prescribed alfuzsoin 10 mg but no relief and post void residual is 90 ml max urine flow rate 13ml/sec plz can you tell is it fine to continue like this or any complications plz? Give me some guidance to move on.
