What happens if I elevate my scrotum daily for 2 times.. Should I do it in standing position or laying down and without wearing boxers or with boxers... What is the benefits of that?

As pet your history ,it need to know more history why do you do such kind of act.No any rule for that.but it should be keep in Normal n Natural position .if any problem you notice then consult psychiatrist n urologist.
