Elbow dislocation n radial head fracture

2018-05-04 15:40:32
I had gone through a surgery (no implants only bone particles were removed) after elbow dislocation n radial head fracture. Due to some reasons my POP was removed after 6 weeks. I have been going for physiotherapy from past 2 months  but still I have not fully recovered. Mostly I had given heat therapy (no wax therapy as of now). What different kind of therapies should I go for to get recover soon from this?

hi, it is better to proceed with ultrasound therapy before elbow mobilisation which helps in loosening the tight structures rather than other therapies for elbow joint. secondly, concentrate on frequencies doing self active elbow exercises which is also essential in improving your range of motion.
