I masturbate everyday and while having intercourse sperm gets ejaculated after few minutes of erection. Can this issue be solved?

Its premature ejaculation.. Which can be treated with exercise, yoga,  sex therapy and counselling,  medicine etc.. Masturbation 2 to 3  time a week is okay.. Daily means it's addiction.. Which may have bad effects on sex life later...
