My penis sometimes discharge seminal fluid while urinating but mostly this happens on the day when I have masturbated, is it some serious issue?

Hello Actually its the fluid that collects on penis that came out after urination. If you clean your penis properly after masturbation it will not occur. Anyways it not an issue.
