Garlic, onions, spring onions and leeks all contain stuff that’s good for you. A study at the Child’s Health Institute in Cape Town found that eating raw garlic helped fight serious childhood infections. Heat destroys these properties, so eat yours raw, wash it down with fruit juice or, if you’re a sissy, have it in tablet form.

Erectile dysfunction and pre mature ejeculation has two different reasons behind it, medical and psychological. If he is medically fit then most likely its psychological cause which can be treated easily with proper counseling, techniques and if required medication.
Next Steps
Consult a qualified psychiatrist/sexologist nearby or online so that detail discussion and evaluation is done and accordingly treatment can be suggested.
