When i ejaculate, my semen is watery and not how it should be, and my mrs isnt to happy, as it might effect us having kids. And im not happy with my penis size, when in the mood its abiut 10cm. If Normal its only 4cm.

Hello First of all I would like to mention that penis size doesn't matter and even 1.5 inch is sufficient for sexual satisfaction. There is no proved effective method to increase penis size contrary to the claims nor is it needed. Regarding semen do a semen analysis test from any recognised lab after at least 72hrs abstinence from sex. Suggestions can be given based on reports.
