When I watch any sexy or hot videos I get an urge to ejaculate so I ejaculate with or without erection within 30-60sec of watching a video and also my heart beats so fast while watching it if I decide not to watch it I feel some liquid is staying in the tip of the penis. Whenever I urinate I kinda feel that Some of them is still in the penis. This feel makes me to urinate frequently most of the time it leaks automatically. I don't know whether it's related to sexology or urology. I followed some stupid online pelvic floor exercises like contracting my muscles ever since I'm having this kind of issues. I have been taking medication for the past 10 months for premature ejaculation but it doesn't seem to be effective it's ayurvedic medicine. I have been committed and gave my 100% dedication by maintaining strict diet and disciplinary control but all my hard work seems ineffective to me If any doctor know what's my problem please give me solution
