I had a ehl right foot surgery 5 weeks ago I still have cast on my right foot tomrow cast I getting removed what m I supposed to once cast is removed..put my foot on warm water ? Please tell me what I am supposed to after removing cast Tommrw thanks .

Warm water bath for foot is soothing. Specific exercise regimen should be discussed with treating surgeon.
