I am doing masturbations from past 3 year everyday. But now I am doing masturbations cause weakness, blury vision and sometimes I am unable to walk properly. Can this is effect of excessive masturbations or something else. I am become very thin and also my cheeks shrink . Not only this my stomach is  also upset all the times. Please tell me some ayruvedic medicine to recover this effect.
