I had a medical abortion on the 24th of this month(21- mifepristone and 23- misoprostol) and i started novelon ocp on 26th 11:00pm. How long before the ocp use are they totally effective

You shouldn't have started OCP In same cycle, did u consult doctor prior to that. Your abortion is completed or not has to be confirmed by ultrasound
