Eczema Problem

I have skin problem from last 4 to 5 months. If I take medicine or ointment so, the problem reduces for some days. But after some days again same problem. So please give me proper solution of the problem because this problem in underarms, backside & private part.

From your description ,it seems to be a  fungal infection, and it doesn't go away with only creams ,it requires a proper course of oral medicines and creams for atleast 4 weeks
