Eczema/ palm sorosis

Skin of both the palms looks corroded/ eroded, deep gashes develop as well. Skin scaly and very itichy. Both the palms of hand and on feet as well. Some doctor diagnosed simple eczema and some palm sorosis not no medication is helping so far.
