I had en ectopic pregnancy and my left tube was removed on July 21st.. today 8 weeks and 4 days still I don't get my period. Is it any problem? What I want to do now...?? Pls explain me doctor

Removal of ectopic pregnancy has nothing to do with ur delayed periods. Period get delayed due to many reasons. Stress, hormonal imbalance etc. Stress of syrgery is enough.
Next Steps
Do a Urine Pregnancy Test using early morning urine. if negative, you can take medicines to bring the periods If you have indulged in sex after surgery you could be pregnant and in that case upt may come positive
