Ectopic cervical thymus

My son is diagnosis with well defined hypoechoic oval shaped mass with linear hyperechoic foci located on right side of cervical trachea It's size is 3.7×1.2x.8cm My son age is 4 month What we do now They also check thyroid, parathyroid and isthmus all r normal and no lesion is found near it What I will do now I m totally disappointed What to do
