Ecosprin 150 during early pregnancy

Hello Dr Am 8 weeks pregnant and am on hcg injections weekly twice with duphastone 10 mg twice daily, folsafe plus. Fetal hr is 161 bpm. Dr suggested ecosprin 150 to have daily 1 am not sure whether its a safe medicine to take during early pregnancy. This is my second baby. First baby is 2.4 years old and recently 3 months back had a miscarriage and am a thyroid patient taking thyronorm 25 mcg.
