How often should i repeat a echo ? I am constantly worried about having a heart disease because of men in their 40s having heart problems today due to stress Is CAT scan better to sure about heart health.

You can have Annual cardiac check up with ECG, Echo and Treadmill test. CT is not required without symptoms.
