My tmt is normal I have done a echo doppler Everything is normal except mild LVH. good systolic and diastolic function. I play regularly football. What should i do?

LVH can be due to underlying BP or also can be due to physical activities ( we call it athletes heart) . This is not abnormal unless you have any symptoms.
