I'm recovered covid patient for 4 weeks. symptoms I'm having is high pulse rate(100-115) and palpitation for which i am taking migrabeta tr 40 after lunch everyday. recently I was asked to do ECG and ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY. do I  need to stop this medicine for few days for doing this tests or I can continue the medicine and perform these tests.
