ECG shows Inverted T wave But TMT normal

Hi.. My father aged 57 underwent ECG randomly and his ECG showed Inverted T wave. We did further tests like all blood tests and TMT. TMT and blood tests are normal. But ECG isn't. Is there anything to be worried? Is it due to Stress? Please suggest.

If tmt normal ecg change of t wave abnormalities usually not significant....more details can b given if actual ecg and tmt report enclosed ....consult online
