ECG is normal. In sinus rhythm. T inv in lead III only is ok. Rate of 58 need to be evaluated with thyroid and obesity.

Can’t call it as abnormal Isolated T inversion in lead III; which is common in females She is completely asympyomatic as u told Weight reduction is indicated Max u can repeat an ECG again
