Ecg report shows inverted t wave 3, avf, v3 Is it normal? The report mentioned this under impression and later wrote otherwise normal study

The ECG changes that you have mentioned need to be correlated with the clinical details like your complaints, examination findings, other investigations etc. and interpeted accordingly.
