Hi. I cannot see any ECG. If she is having chest pain and left arm pain, then it will be safe to rule out a heart problem. The ECG needs to be seen. She is likely to need a 2d echo and treadmill test also. But before all this please show her to a cardiologist and get her properly clinically examined to plan the necessary investigations and further line of management. Thanks. Hope this helps.
