Hi My ECG report says the below. What does it indicate? Sinus Rhythm RS transition zone in 5 leads displaced to the right Otherwise normal ECG My BP is 130/80 and pulse is 81. Two months back, my ECG would report LVH and possible lateral infarct. It used to say it is abnormal. It would say that there is normal sinus rhythm. My BP used to be 150/100 and pulse 95. Is this an improvement?

Never go on ECG REPORT written on the ecg. It's the doctor who will tell you the correct report. Two months back, u r ecg report shows LVH and now it's not there, means it's wrong. Because to see LVH on ECG it will take long standing uncontrolled HYPERTENSION. Those words of possible infarct should always be correlated with the symptoms.
