ECG report clarification

Hello Sir/Madam, Recently my mom experienced bit of pain in mid chest. As a result we consulted local doctor and he suggested to do ECG. We did that and need some quick information to understand the report. It says: 800: Sinus Rhythm 621: Inverted T wave(V5, V6) 841: Premature Atrial Contraction If you can help me to understand this report it will be great.
