I have my ECG report and I want to make sure about myself that I am not going through any heart issue.. I want to know the heart health.

Only from an isolated ECG report it may not be possible always to comment whether you are going through any heart issue. If you are suffering from high BP, Diabetes, thyroid problems, blood lipid abnormalities (high cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL etc), or you are overweight / obese or have family history of heart disease, then you should consult your doctor for appropriate advice.
