Respected doctors, Female, age 63, ECG report indicates: 1. QS wave in lead V1 2. Poor r wave progression (V2) What does it mean? Based on X-ray and ECG, Chest specialist has made diagnosis of COPD. Only COPD medicines has been prescribed. No medicine for heart. Does it require involvement of cardiologist? Thank you.

Yes it requires cardiac evaluation. COPD related changes are not present. To rule out Left heart problems.
