I had cold n sore throat 3 days ago. Since then I have persistent heaviness in chest. It is worst when I am sitting upright n improves when I get up. I feel Stiffness in neck muscle n left shoulder Ecg is written SINUS RHYTM Do I require any cardiac work up. Had echo one year ago
