I did a ECG which gave so many adverse finding but doctor is saying ECG is completely normal looking at the graphs.I had little shoulder pain which subsided but as precaution I visited doctor.I am worried kindly guide.

You need to repeat the ecg This ECG might b the result of mis placed leads If the repeat ecg is also similar to this we need to get a echo scan done  There are no emergency features in your ecg which will needs urgent hospitalization
