Patient is 20 year old male who last night had severe chest discomfort radiating to his left arm till fingers and felt short of breath...today morning after waking up patient felt tired and weak so got this ecg done and bp- 140/90 Patient had been eating junk food like pizza, colas, fried chicken since past two weeks Patient had similar issues 2 months back- an echo was done which was normal
