Attached ECG is within normal limits, your symptoms could be due to anxiety which indirectly increases heart rate. Normal heart rate is considered between 60 – 100 beats per minute. Any increase beyond Upper normal limit is considered tachycardia. Kindly rule out causes of tachycardia like laboratory investigations – complete haemogram, fasting thyroid function, electrolytes, urine investigation. If repeated symptoms with no underlying cause you may get a 2-D Echo done.
Next Steps
Regular exercise, meditation and yoga, breathing exercises, lifestyle modification by avoiding addictions, healthy dietary habits can be helpful.
