Ecg and tmt

I had back pain which radiates to hands and chest.i have undergone TMT on 20/02/2022,which was negative today again I had pain ECG was advised kindly check.if TMT is normal do we have to go for ECG everytime pain is there.

TMT shows negative report, it is advisable to undergo and 2-D echo for evaluation of any structural abnormalities. Chest pain radiating from back and Arm pain could be due to neurological pain or Neck Related bony issues as well. Get orthopedician consultation to rule out any ortho Pedic Abnormalities.
