Details of the ECG: QRS 110 ms QT/QTcB - 324/432 ms PR - 120 ms, P - 92 ms, RR/PP - 562/560 ms P/QRS/T - 85/85/70 degrees QTD/QTcBD - 22/29 ms Sokolow - 1.5mU NK - 14 Incomplete right bundle branch block Sinus tachycardia Negative T-wave (anterior) Right atrial enlargement Probably abnormal ECG Can you please let me know what's wrong here? Is it serious?

hello incomplete right bundle branch block is not serious. it is an abnormal ecg . if you are a smoker stop smoking anyhow consult a cardiologist and decide bye
