Hello. Your mother is both diabetic & hypertensive. Her target systolic BP should be less 140mm Hg and HbA1c should be less than 7. In her case, both of these are higher than normal, which needs to be controlled. She will need change or addition of other drugs for control of her BP & sugar. Firstly Enace contains enalapril which causes coughing. So it needs to be changed. Also Glyciphage SR needs to be taken at bedtime rather than in morning.
