These days if I fail to have my breakfast before 9 30am, I feel weak, there's a sensation in my nerves and its like my bp is going down. Is it a symptom of low bp? Kindly clarify me on this issue.

You should have breakfast before 9.30am, at least have a glass of milk or cereals or a banana! You can check your bl sugar if there is a family history of diabetes! Nothing to do with blood pressure!
