I have been diagnosed with early stage left varicocele. I used to workout aggressively, now I haven't since last two weeks. Wearning langaut as prescribed by urologist and deflon is there anyway I could go backto gym? Doc said I can.But pain is still there, read abdominal pressure can screw it up.don't want it to increase due to gym
