hi early pregnancy test is upt with 100 % speificity which is supposed to detect pregnancy   earler than ecpected periodes date by fewdays. if negative still you have to repeat in a weeks time.  as regarding maintanence of pregnancy avoid xray otc drugs smoking alcohol marihuna . take balanced  diet rich in fruits and leafy vegetables dryfruits and nuts.  visit ur doctor take prescription for folicacid vit b12 suppliment of you are already not on it
