Early periods

My periods comes in 20 days that is before completing a month It is happening from the beginning and I am unable to find the reason.

You must know whether you are Anemic (less Haemoglobin ) or any other general symptoms;if there is no visible reason you can take a course of Oral contrceptives for 3 months ;under guidance of a doctor -you can call me 98110316 56.
